Scheme of the process

The CNBOP-PIB Technical Opinion is issued for a period of 3 years with the possibility of extension for another 2 years. Obtaining the CNBOP-PIB Technical Opinion document authorizes the applicant to mark the product and related documentation with the CNBOP-PIB TECHNICAL OPINION mark.

The complete application should be submitted to CNBOP-PIB in a paper version or signed with a qualified electronic signature to the ePUAP mailbox.
