Scope of activity

One of the areas of our activity is testing innovative products. The procedure aims to assess the suitability for use in rescue and firefighting activities of products not subject to the obligation to obtain admittance for use in accordance with Art. 7 of the Act of August 24, 1991 on fire protection (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. 2025 poz. 188).

The procedure may also apply to products with technical and operational properties significantly different from those specified in the regulation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration dated June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing addmitance for these products for use (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. 2022 poz. 2282), subject to that the validity and possibility of testing them will be determined each time based on the analysis of the application documentation.
