Technical Opinions CNBOP-PIB on used fire vehicles imported from abroad are issued under the Act of August 14, 2020 on special solutions regarding the support of uniformed services supervised by the minister responsible for internal affairs, amending the Act on the Prison Service and certain other acts (Journal of Laws – Dz. U. 2020 poz.1610). Detailed procedure for this procedure is described in § 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of October 26, 2020 on the introduction of fire vehicles used abroad for use in fire protection units.
