If the purpose of the tests is to obtain a European or national technical assessment, you should first contact the technical assessment body.
If the purpose of the tests is to assess the performance of the product in system 3, the Client, along with the samples for testing, should provide a sampling protocol (according to the template sent by CNBOP-PIB).
In the case of tests for the purpose of assessing the performance of the product in system 3 in terms of fire reaction, the Client, along with the samples for testing, should provide a declaration of no use of additives improving the flammability properties of the product at any stage of production (if applicable).
In the case of tests in systems 1 and 1+, the Client, along with the samples for testing, should provide a sampling protocol (for products covered by a harmonized standard for CE marking purposes or a product covered by a Polish Standard for B marking purposes – protocol by the certification body) or a declaration that the sample is a prototype. Moreover, before starting tests for compliance with the standard, it is necessary to contact the certification body where the Client intends to carry out the certification process, to agree on the details of the certification process and provide all agreements (together with the sampling protocol containing the information as per item 2) to the Laboratory.
