Expansion of the CNBOP-PIB offer in the field of European technical assessments

We are pleased to announce that under the decision of the Chief Construction Supervision Inspector of January 30, 2025, CNBOP-PIB has obtained the authorization to issue European technical assessments for another group of products – “fire stopping, fire sealing and fire protection products, fire retardant products”, No. 35 according to Annex IV to Regulation 305/2011.

Therefore, as part of European technical assessments, the Institute currently offers processes for the following three product groups:

1. Power, control and communication cables.
2. Fixed firefighting equipment (fire alarm/detection, fixed firefighting, fire and smoke control and explosion suppression product).
3. Fire stopping, sealing and fire protection products, flame retardant products.
